    Qualification

    MBA / POST GRADUATION – is there a strict requirement of post graduation for this

    Experience

    10 to 12 years post qualification work experience in Candidates shall be preferably from financial services companies including NBFC / Home Loan Company and having good knowledge in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, etc.,

    Skills required for the position:

    This position will report to the National Head- Sales & Marketing and will look after the business in a particular region. Incumbent is expected to possess skills to meet the sales goals, motivating the sales team, ability to build strong relationships, understand and manage the sales processes. He would be required to lead a team of Branch Managers and other verticals viz., Credit, Legal, Technical and Collection. He would also be jointly responsible for the receivables, quality portfolio of the Region.

    Job Description

    The incumbent would oversee the entire Sales and Marketing Function and would be responsible for achieving the milestones in terms of various strategic parameters set by the organization.

    • Have a deep understanding of the markets, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Forecast and prepare the product wise annual business targets for branches and implement marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets.
    • Achieve the loan book planned, while maintaining the product mix, yield and maintain quality of the portfolio.
    • Develop a strong high quality sales team by identifying and recruiting, orienting, and training field force.
    • Responsible for the performance of the sales team and for coaching them to achieve results by training, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • To maintain a healthy loan book with number of accounts with over dues not exceeding 0.5% of the total no of accounts and NIL NPA accounts at the end of the year.
    • Responsible for expansion of the business locations within the geographic limit of the region as budgeted.

    This position reports to the AVP/AM – Sales and look after the business in a particular branch. Incumbent is expected to possess skills to meet the sales goals, motivating the sales Executives, ability to build strong relationships, understand and manage the sales processes. He would be required to lead a team of sales executives to help them achieve their goals. He would be also primarily responsible for the receivables, quality portfolio of the Branch.
