Aptus is currently offering products pertinent to housing finance viz Credit Shield Insurance and Property Insurance.
We offer credit shield insurance to customers wherein the entire loan outstanding is repaid by the insurance company in the event of death of a customer. We have also entered into arrangements with insurance companies to offer credit shield insurance and property insurance to our customers.
Aptus has negotiated with the Insurance Companies to get competitive rates and offers these rates to customers for the purpose of insurance cover. While the customers have the option to choose their own insurance company for insurance covers, Aptus will recommend names of the insurance companies for these covers based on the coverage terms and service.
